This musical curio was an unqualified hit just before the
1992 elections. It utilizes sampled quotes from George Herbert Walker Bush and turns them into quite a clever little ditty. The artist was known as "Fresh Bush and The Invisible Man," a monicker used (most likely) to avoid a lawsuit. Given the fact that there was no video or any real promotion, "Hard Times" got a considerable amount of radio airplay at the time, and it sounds every bit as relevant today. Enjoy!
